Restaurants in Colchester

Had lunch here midweek with friends. Food and service both excellent. They offer a set lunch menu which is very good value although as we were only having a main course we chose from the main menu. All our food was delicious Mussels & fries, duck breast and a Middle Eastern aubergine dish.

Delicious Italian food at a reasonable price served quickly, efficiently by pleasant friendly staff Thank you Carluccios !

The waiter was a bit grumpy at the beginning and didn’t seem very happy but he chilled out in the end! The food was lovely. Took a while for the bread to arrive but then everything else seemed to flow. As always far too much on our plates but the food was lovely and we all left satisfied! We would definitely return.

From arrival, staff were welcoming and friendly. Attentive service throughout. Excellent food and drinks at a fair price. The restaurant was not too busy, tables spaced evenly, but still good vibes.

Thank you again to the team at The Centurion, and thanks to Brandon, will definitely be back, best pub in Colchester.
