⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable fine-dining experience at Bohemia, Jersey I had an absolutely incredible evening at Bohemia. From the presentation to the flavours, every dish felt special, and the whole experience was a real treat. One of the standout courses was the bluefin tuna . The tuna was beautifully diced and marinated in a citrus dressing, served on a stunning pillow-shaped block of ice with caviar. It was an impressive dish both visually and in terms of flavour. The Wagyu beef was another highlight. It was so unbelievably tender that I could cut through it with a butter knife! The ravioli and its delicious sauce were fantastic, the pigeon course was excellent, and the cucumber sorbet made for a lovely palate cleanser. The chocolate mousse with caviar was another memorable touch. The wine tasting added another dimension to the evening, and the Wagyu supplement was well worth experiencing. The total came to around £270, including the tasting menu, wine tasting, Wagyu supplement and service charge. It's certainly a special-occasion price, but the quality, creativity and presentation of the food made it a genuinely memorable experience. Bohemia delivered a fantastic evening of fine dining, with beautiful ingredients, imaginative presentation and dishes I'll remember for a long time. A brilliant experience and one I'd happily recommend to anyone looking for something special in Jersey.

We ate in this restaurant to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary. From the very beginning it was so special. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable and took time with us giving explanation of all we were eating and drinking. We would highly recommend this place for a special celebration,

We had the bottomless Champagne afternoon tea and it was delicious. The sandwiches were tasty and we had a second helping. The scones were fresh and the cakes were delicious. The staff kept the champagne topped up until we said we had had enough. We will definitely go again.

Amazing the staff dealt with my allergy really well
