   Thank you to all our valued guests for your long-term support and encouragement. Starting from October 13, 2025, the business hours of Silks Palace will be adjusted as follows:

   Weekdays (Tuesday–Friday)
   Lunch: 11:30 am–2:30 pm (last order 2:00 pm)
   Dinner: 5:00 pm–8:30 pm (last order 8:00 pm)
   Weekends & Public Holidays (Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays)
   Lunch: 11:00 am–3:00 pm (last order 2:30 pm)

   【 Online Reservation Policy 】
   Reservations are open for dates within one month; same-day online reservations are not available.
   Seats will be held for 10 minutes; overdue reservations will be cancelled without further notice.
   Please include children in the total number of guests for comfort and seating arrangements.
   Seating arrangements are based on reservation order and on-site operations. Specific table numbers and private rooms cannot be reserved online—please contact our staff directly.
   A seat-selection fee of NT$500 per table applies. Upon payment, guests may select their preferred seating (e.g., window seats or seating next to friends). This fee is non-refundable and cannot be deducted from dining expenses.
   Credit Card Promotions (2026)
   Accepted card: American Express Charge Platinum Card or above in Taiwan.
   Not applicable during special holidays, for take-out/delivery, or for packing leftovers after dine-in.
   Private room dining and special holiday periods are excluded.

   Sustainability Initiative
   Starting July 22, 2025, in accordance with government environmental policies, Silk Palace will no longer provide free single-use tableware.
   A fee of NT$10 per takeaway container will be applied when needed.
   We encourage guests to bring their own reusable containers to support sustainable living.

   》There is a half-price charge for kids 100-140cm. Please indicate on your reservation about” the amount of adults/kids “so we can do the best arrangement for you.
   》Reservations are available online up to 30 days in advance.
   》We accept online reservation up to 10 people. For Group size larger than 10 / Private events, please contact us via phone-call for further details.
