The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend the restaurant and eat there again.

A great restaurant with very helpful staff. The decor is beautiful with a wide variety of food including a separate menu for vegetarians.

This is one of our local pubs but we had not been in for lunch for quite a while. We had invited 2 friends to meet us here for a catch up on a quiet Tuesday in the middle of the July holiday period. It was quiet with maybe just 4 or 5 tables in the bar area taken for lunch and a couple of people at the bar but we had a lovely welcome from the staff and were served a top quality meal. We all enjoyed different meals ( Moules frites, steak pie, Finnan Haddock and a chicken wrap). There were no complaints and all the plates were returned empty. I like the old world atmosphere of the bar in the Fox and that continues to be maintained. Enjoyed it. Thanks.

Spent a lovely afternoon in the sun at the grand opening of the new glasshouse area. They have done a stunning job, beautiful way to spend a sunny Sunday afternoon. Then we had dinner inside, the carvery was delicious as always. Would definitely recommend a visit here.

Enjoyed a lovely meal on Sunday , we all enjoyed our Sunday roast , the following night we returned to have drinks and a dessert ..and watch the football , both nights we had good service and enjoyed our time at the carriages ..
