Restaurants in Houghton-le-Spring

Staff are very friendly and polite, great service and always available to help. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for all occasions! (Outstanding service) (fantastic food)

Its not often I m impressed with the quality of food when dining out but on this occasion I was impressed by the food and wonderful service from the staff. Although this was a gift with set food/drink choices I was able to make changes without any hesitation or argument from staff. I would definitely consider visiting the Black Rabbit again

The food was great the staff were lovely. The bar/restaurant is a pleasant place to be.

This was our second occasion Dining at the Prior and as before not disappointed. The Sunday lunches our party selected ( beef, pork and chicken) were really nice. Veg was perfect and the desert of sticky toffee pudding with ice cream was delicious. The staff were very pleasant and friendly and the service was excellent. Look forward to our next family meal

We really enjoy eating here. The food is excellent. We are vegetarian and there are always good options available. The staff and service is also very good. Plenty of parking.
