At its core, Echo Lake is a celebration of rum in all its styles, showcased through rum-focused cocktails and a selection of house-made rhum arrangé, agricole rhum infused with fruits and spices in the tradition of the French Caribbean. Highlights from the bar include the Daily Daiquiri (always $12) and the Freezer Ti Punch, Echo Lake's take on the freezer Martini by way of Martinique. The food menu skews toward the sea, with bold, aromatic dishes drawing on the flavors of the world's sugar cane-producing countries. Please note that there is a limited kitchen on Mondays & Tuesdays.

I’ve travelled to many of the best bars and spirits experiences around the world and the time with Paul was extraordinary. Cocktails were perfection- made to our specific desires and a tour of vintage rum was top class. The best part was the hospitality and conversation- in a world searching for connection and care- you would be hard pressed to beat Undercurrent.
