                        Our visit was bad from the beginning to end. This place used to be pretty decent a few years ago. It’s unrecognizable now. The whole ambiance is quite - how shall I put it - unremarkable. Absolute worst was the service. My wife and I had a reservation. We arrived on time, about 7:45, dressed very nicely. The place was half-empty. We stood at the unattended greeting desk for 5 min without anyone paying attention to us, just passing us by, chatting in Spanish. We should have left right then, but alas, we didn’t. Finally, one of the waiters noticed us and came up. “You want table?” “Yes, we have a reservation”. He checked. “Here we go”, and he lead us to a tiny table for 2 in the back. We asked for a booth. They said no, those were for a party of four. Again, the place was half-empty. They showed us another table in the center, as tiny as the first one. We sat down, the waiter brought menus - two separate sheets of paper. We hadn’t ordered yet when the manager came out (where was he before?). One look at my lovely wife’s dress - and he offered us a booth. He apologized. We ordered. The food came. The salad and soup were OK, my wife and I ate and chatted. When they saw us done, they brought out the entrees. Nice, but apparently, the food was sitting on the plates in the kitchen, because it was… just warm. I felt the fat sticking to my lips. So, I called the waiter and asked to warm the plate. When he brought the plate back 5 min later, the food temperature was warmer. He stood over and asked just one word: “Better?” Well, my wife and I were determined to have a good time no matter what, so we finished our dinner and left, leaving a minimal tip. A Bellagio will never see us again.

                        We celebrated our 34 anniversary at A Bellagio. It was our first time dining here. We were very pleased with the food and service. We will come back.

                        Food was great! But walking in we thought it was the normal menu and it was a special valentines menu and the price was NOT listed! The bill ended up being way over our budget. When looking for places to eat that night we deliberately avoided places that listed a special valentines menu. It was not listed that is was a special menu.

                        Felt like the server was trying to rush us out of the restaurant. We had a reservation at 5pm and we had our 3rd course by 5:18. I felt like I couldn’t enjoy my food when we kept getting interrupted every 5 mins. Over priced food. Would never spend valentines here again.

                        We had the Mediterranean bass special and the Osso Bucco and they were both wonderful, also the Caesar salad. The service was great too.

                        We went on a slow night and the music was bit loud but nothing unbearable. The food was delicious, well prepared and presented. The waiter was attentive but didn’t seem interested. Our starter came first and our entrees arrived after we finished it. Dessert and coffee was delicious. High quality experience, just not outstanding
