Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. And it's because of them we're continually striving to make sure every moment they choose to spend with us counts. Welcome to BJ's, a restaurant with a Brewhouse soul.

The food was excellent & they didn’t rush us. The only thing we didn’t care for was trying to pay our bill online. The waitress finally took our check & did it the old fashion way.

We were there the day after Christmas and the kitchen must have been in disarray. Out of seven meals, only two were correct/edible. Two burgers were over-salted, a toasted sandwich was burnt, one burger was literally raw and had incorrect toppings and the fried chicken was triple peppered on everything (not just the pepper gravy). Waitress was wonderful and very apologetic. She is the only thing saving this from a 0 star review.

After we were seated we had to wait about 15 minutes for our waiter to come. Food was cold by the time it go to our table.
BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - DublinGereageerd op 14 mei 2025
Abbey, I’m sorry to hear about your experience. A 15-minute wait is not what we aim for, and cold food is unacceptable. We appreciate your feedback and will address this with our team to improve our service. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Had reservations for 5:00. Didn't get seated until 5:45. Food was decent but nothing jumped out as being absolutely delicious. Would I come back? Maybe. But there are so many other options out there.

Even though we had a reservation we showed up and we’re told we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes the same wait another day tomorrow before they were telling everyone that walked in the door. Our server was so overworked that his attention to us was atrocious not his fault restaurant management fault, but it was not good
BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - DublinGereageerd op 25 maart 2025
Renee, we appreciate your feedback and are truly sorry for the experience you had. It's disappointing to hear about the wait and service issues. Your comments help us improve, and we’re committed to ensuring a better experience in the future. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.
