I came with my family to celebrate my sister birthday, . We had a great time. Absolutely loved our server Debra! She worked really well with us. Even with all the different dietary needs. She made ordering seamless. She was very engaging with our group of five! And the food was really good! Absolutely loved the music 🎶. Plus Debra was incredible when the birthday ice cream came out in the end. We will definitely be back! Geri

I recommend coming to Buca Di Beppo if you want great service that also comes with authentic Italian food that has good flavor and big servings of food. I absolutely loved the ambience and atmosphere is cozy and filled with lots of vintage decor!!!

Great meal at a great price. The restaurant this time was very warm inside which took a bit away from the experience and ambience but the food is always great and the service is great too.

The waitress was not freindly.Very short and rushing us to order.Food was bland. Best part was the salad.It was my mom's birthday.We let them know . No singing I had to ask about a birthday special.Was told sign up on the app. A different waitress brought her a free dessert

We came to Buca Di Beppo for Father's day and my husband's birthday. This is one of our favorite places to find to buy this last time was horrible. The person in the front was amazing and seated us 10 minutes before our reservation. The horrible part was that we only saw our server when she took our order, brought our food, and collected our payment. We didn't see her AT ALL the entire time we were there. A table of 8 would obviously need drink refills, napkins, or exagerado else. We had to stop other servers that were busy to help us. She also forgot to bring my husband's ice-cream out for him. Another server ended up singing happy bday to my husband. We tipped that server and left nothing for ours, since she did nothing for us. Not sure if we'll be back after this fiasco.

The kitchen was very busy even though we didn’t see a lot of dine in guests. We ordered spicy chicken rigatoni, our all time favorite and there were 5 pieces of chicken in the large size order.

They sat us in the bar section. I do not know why, since my son was underage and could not order alcoholic drinks anyway. The bartender barely came by to check on us since she also had ot make drinks for the entire restaurant. She paid more attention to seating new patrons than to taking care of those who had already ordered. The other servers did not even make eye contact with us. We just wanted to pay the bill and go. After 15 minutes, I had to walk up to the bar to ask for the check. When the bartender came by to give me the bill, she spilled the entire glass of water all over me. The hostess came out and asked what had happened. The bartender told her it was the bartender's fault. The hostess did not ask if I was ok or give me any compensation for my time and trouble. I would definitely NOT go back. If anyone goes there, do NOT be seated in the bar section.

The waiter who served our table was very good. I can't remember his name but it seems like he was the only waiter on the 1st of May for lunch period. He was very nice and professional. Thanks to him very much. Buca is always one of our favorite restaurants for celebrations. We also like to recommend it to our friends and anyone else. It's always on my list when we need to celebrate something. Love it and will visit it later.

Buca is consistently a good experience and still a good value. However portions have shrunk and the prices have gone much higher. Seems to be a trend these days.
