Located at the heart of Maple Ridge, Chameleon brings a chic, sophisticated restaurant and lounge to life. 25ft ceilings with an open kitchen concept breathe new life to a timelessly stylish, sexy, and fun space.

Executive Chef Dan has created an innovative, seasonally inspired menu that, like the Chameleon, changes its appearance with its surroundings. Our intentions are to showcase the Pacific Northwest through seasonally inspired dishes and cocktails.

    Our first dining experience at Chameleon and we had a fabulous evening. Lovely ambience and outstanding service. It was the perfect place to catch up with friends and we’ll definitely return. Ps the staff Halloween costumes were great!

    Servers seemed really rushed - didn’t ask about drink refills when dinner arrived. Not a lot of people in the restaurant but they seemed rushed all evening. Food was good - portions are a bit small so glad we ordered appetizers. Table was uneven - had to be careful not to dump our drinks.

    Excellent food and great service! It seemed like they were short-staffed on the day I visited, but the service was still very good. It’s a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for a special occasion or an occasional treat.

    Our 6th anniversary, and was absolutely perfect. Thank you to Chameleon! Firstly: compliments to our host - they were thorough, quick, and engaging. I appreciated the depth of concern over my allergies, which they handled amazingly. The food: incredible. Not so much as a flake of shell in our oysters, their in-house butter was smooth and fresh, and the halibut fell apart in its own juices with a smidgen of encouragement. Was not able to try the risotto, but Wifey said it was amazing. The drinks: tasty, refreshing, and worth drinking down to the drop. The price: expected it would be higher, but great value for the quality. I said to our host that Chameleon is our favorite go-to fine dining establishment, and it is simply true. They continue to earn that designation in every way, every time.

    We came in for the last half-hour of Happy Hour and were asked if we were aware that there was a two-hour limit on our table. We said yes and were seated at a lovely table by the window. There was only one server working when we arrived, so it took a little while to place our order and receive our first drinks and appetizer. It became quite busy, and she was clearly juggling many responsibilities. Eventually, another staff member came on and took over our table. Our dinner also took some time to arrive, and unfortunately, both of our dishes were only lukewarm when they reached the table. My husband ordered the blackened chicken, which he found quite bland. My halibut was good, but the portion of spring vegetables was rather small. At $54, I would have appreciated an additional side such as rice, potatoes, or another vegetable to make the meal more substantial. By the time we finished, our two-hour table limit was almost up. We understood the time limit, but given the delays were largely due to the restaurant being short-staffed (or so it seemed) and busy, we felt a little rushed at the end. There were definitely some positives, including our nice table and the good halibut, but overall, the experience didn't quite meet our expectations for the price. We may give it another try sometime, but we're not sure we'll be back.

    Very dusty ledges, lamps etc. Needs a dust in there for sure. My waiter was polite but gave weird vibes. Also I made a reso but when I showed up on time they had me wait while they prepped the table... then why have me make the reso ? Meh experience with the service this visit.
