The food was ok. The steak was good, but the lobster eggs Benedict were not. The deserts were good, but the chocolate fountain was not. On average, the food was ok. It was definitely not worth the price charged for a brunch for Mother's Day.

I reserved for breakfast but when we arrived they said it was only special menu. 2 of my party members were 13 and 16 years old, but both charged as adults. We paid $672 for 7 of us and hardly ate our food nor liked it. I explained to the manager when we arrived and were given the special menu that I reserved for breakfast and he said nothing could be done. Very very disappointed.

I spoke personally with Ms. Kathy, I pointed out that when he made his reservation for the Mother Day brunch, because the menu was clearly described on the website page, it started at 11am until 3pm, we had another Breakfast menu, but it was available from the Restaurant opening 6:30am until 10am, so I told the lady that was not possible for the kitchen to change the menu, because everything had already been prepared to serve brunch.

We went for lunch and then breakfast the next day. There was a large group in the hotel but the restaurant was not full and they lacked servers both day. On the lunch, there were only 4 parties in the entire restaurant and again, lacked help. We waited for water a very long time. Then we waited to place our order a while. And it was a while before we received our orders. The food was fair both times. Unfortunately it is convenient if staying the hotel but there are better options a few steps away

Horrible service, waiters are too busy tending to others, could not even get a glass of water. Check in was uncoordinated, had to wait way past reservation time. Looks like mandatory 18% tip was added to the tab, deserved way less than that.

The arrival was great, but no servers took our order, we had to actually go up and ask somebody to do so. It was not crowded. There was no reason why there should’ve been a problem. The food was lukewarm by the time we got it and we still had to ask for the bill. The person apparently that was supposed to be our waiter. Had to ask us what we had. I’m never going there again.

I specifically booked the non-mothers day option during reservations, but was informed day of (after arriving) that only the Mother’s Day set menu was available. It should be made clear if there was no regular option available, and I should not be allowed to make regular reservations if this was the case. I felt like I was lied to and would not have booked the set menu given the price point. I also did not feel like the value was well deserving of the price and was overall very upset at the experience
