Beer Styles & Pairing

The quality is in the pair. Use this as your guide to help choose complementing beer & food

• Light & Refreshing

Beer Style: Helles, Kölsch, Blonde Ale. Profile: A clean, crisp, refreshing beer with subtle, bready malt characters balanced by noble hops. Cleanse & Complement: The beer will be cleansing & complementary with your food. Try it with our Cajun Pasta to help cleanse your palate after each spicy bite or with our Beer-Battered Fish & Chips

• Malty

Beer Style: Märzen, Bock, Vienna Lager. Profile: Sweet, caramel, toffee & nutty characters that come from malted barley. Pair Bold with Bold: Grilled food is the perfect companion to a nice malty brew. Try one with our Smoked Chicken & Mushroom Pasta, Woodford Reserve Bourbon® Grilled Salmon or any regular or Kobe-style Wagyu beef burgers

• Fruit & Spice

Beer Style: Weissbier, Saison, Belgian Tripel. Profile: Fruity notes from the Hefeweizen or Belgian yeasts can be combined with spices of pepper, cloves & coriander. Balance Sweet with Savory: The aromas & flavors will do the heavy lifting. A fruitier beer goes fantastic with our Gorgonzola Pear Salad, while a spiced beer will pair amazingly well with the basil in the Bruschetta Chicken

• Hoppy

Beer Style: Czech Pilsner, IPA, Belgian Pale Ale. Profile: Higher in bitterness with hop oils that accentuate the spicy, fruity, herbal, floral & piney aromas. Cuts Spicy & Refreshes Palate: Hoppy beers emphasize & balance flavors. Try with our Southwest Egg Rolls to crank up the heat or our Lobster & Shrimp Taco platter to help balance the seafood flavors

• Dark & Roasted

Beer Style: Dunkel, Porter, Stoute. Profile: Dark color & flavors of chocolate & coffee derived from the use of roasted malts. Stay Smoky & Sweet: Dark malts pair well with our CharGrilled USDA Choice steaks as well as our desserts like the Triple Chocolate Brownie by complementing the chocolate & other sweet flavors
