We don't take ourselves too seriously at Jax Fish House. Two things we do take seriously? The freshness and sustainability of our seafood. You know fresh fish when you see, smell, and taste it-and thanks to modern delivery technology, we bring in that freshy-fresh seven days a week. Sustainability is a little more complicated. Not all commercial fisheries are created equal. That's why we work closely with our suppliers and science-based organizations to ensure that every single thing we serve is responsibly sourced. We consider the stocks of the species we source to prevent overfishing and we work with suppliers who harvest in ways that have minimal impacts on marine environments.

Jax is available to you for all things FRESH and fish and we have a menu for every budget. We are a charming, cozy restaurant and have no private party space, but there are many different seating arrangements we can provide to create the perfect event for you and your guests.We have reservation space available for parties from 1 to 16 guests. Larger reservations for up to 30 guests may be available at multiple tables. Great dinner with close friends was so fun thanks to the wait staff at Jax! We enjoyed wonderful cocktails, appetizers and main entrees. A special experience not to be missed!

great oysters and cocktails plus calamari were yummy during Happy Hour. We were able to each get one drink order in before Happy Hour was gone since we did not have reservations til 5:45pm. The service was great and it was fun to take my family out for a group dinner. There were six of us. The prices were fine given it is really great ethically caught fish. We split the large tower and I enjoyed everything chilled but some in my group would have preferred the crab legs were heated. My son had the pasta with squid ink and lobster. He probably had 3.5 oz of lobster in his dish. Delicious. The special dessert they have right now is an amazing pumpkin cheesecake with a brownie crust and crumbled Oreos on top. it was as good as the habanero Paloma I enjoyed yet in a class all its own. We had a fun evening and were able to catch the end of the CU Stampede after our meal. Thanks Colby for excellent service.

OUTSTANDING Customer Service with Ms. Briana T. on Monday evening. Thank you for making our 40th Wedding Anniversary Celebration so memorable !! Our service attendant was truly excellent, and the overall vibe was high energy. Food was fine but they were out of stock of several items we were interested in. We were there on a Friday night during CU Boulder's Family Weekend, so clearly it was busy, but to have 3 items out of stock on the menu including bread seemed a bit unwarranted.
