Always great food and service. We also enjoy eating outside a.k.a. LODGIA and find their pizzas tasty and salad plentiful. We will keep coming back here.

Food great, service attentive; noise level too high for easy conversation. One dining group with four young children--who were not well supervised--created much of the distraction. Parents, please mind your children when dining publicly.

The poor rating is mostly due to their reservation process. When we arrived for our 6:30 pm reservation, there were two parties ahead of us, one with reservations and one without. There was no hostess to help any of us and the waiters all looked unhappy and overworked. After waiting for ten minutes with no one being seated, my husband went in to try to speak with someone. He came out and told me that they told him their system doesn’t show reservations from open table. I overheard the party with reservations also grumbling about it being pointless to have reservations since they don’t honor them. Needless to say, this was very upsetting as I had made reservations a week ago and had confirmed multiple times via the automated messages that I would be there. We were eventually seated but this restaurant needs to clear this up with Open Table. If they don’t honor reservations made then they shouldn’t contract with Open Table. I also want to add that they didn’t ask during the reservations process if you prefer indoor or outdoor seating. We were seated outdoors (was not given an option) and it was a chilly day (we have young children). It was extremely unpleasant to eat outside when it is cold and there are no outdoor heaters to warm you up. Food was okay, nothing to rave about. I won’t be returning.

Food took awhile to order and get. Other parties that were seated before us got their food first.

My husband had seeing the place, but I ended up taking my family who was visiting from Rio, Brazil, to have a last day dinner together away from San Francisco. For our surprise, Leo spoke fluent Portuguese (lots of brazilian in the bay area/Burlingame) and our waiter sandro was very caring, welcoming us and listening to our preference for a table close to the "Tv". - Wonderful pizzas, desserst and wine selection. No doubt we are going back, next week. Obrigada!

The manager refused to sit us down, saying that he does not honor their open table reservation system and that I have to wait in line like everyone else. When I pressed him and said, "What's the point of being on open table?" he asked me to leave saying that he makes the decisions. There was a table ready and he Was refusing to give it to us. I don't understand what's the purpose of putting a restaurant on the reservation system if what you're going to do is still make people wait. The unfortunate part is I had canceled reservations elsewhere to be at this restaurant and now Im left Friday night stranded with no reservation. This is not how you treat customers.

Great food as always. We also enjoyed our server Cherry, who was on top of things and went above and beyond. Overall, a great experience.
