    We are pizza lovers and this was one of the best pizzas we’ve had in a long time. Everything is spot on, the location, the atmosphere and what makes it even more special is the service. Everyone was purposeful and efficient while being genuinely friendly. This is going to be become one of our local favourite.

    The male waiter and the Asian female staff member were both extremely rude and unprofessional, which negatively affected our overall dining experience.

    10/10 dining during peak times on a Sunday afternoon. They even have 3 hours of happy hour on pizza and drinks! The staff are ALWAYS so lovely! I’m a repeat customer:)

    As a Dee Why local, I go to Ullo quite frequently especially for their happy hour - the cocktails and food are at a great deal and very delicious. However, last night the experience was pretty subpar, especially regarding the service. It took about 10-15 minutes for anyone to come over and take our drink order, then about 30 minutes for our drinks to actually arrive. I recognise that it was a busy Friday afternoon, however, we were there specifically for happy hour and no one came over to us after our first order, meaning we only got one round of drinks in despite getting there an hour before the end of happy hour. I felt the experience was a little bit of a waste and pretty disappointing, and couldn’t help but wonder if this was an attempt to wait for happy hour prices to run out and for us to have to purchase food/drinks at the non-discounted price instead.

    Always a great afternoon/early evening to see the sunset, over the beach from Ullo's balcony!! We love the truffle fries and croquettes. They do great value for money happy hour drinks. And the pizzas are fab. Always enough staff on hand to create good service. We love Ullo - and MJ, the manager, who is very personable.

    All the staff are really friendly and welcoming. We love to sit outside. Inside is a bit too noisy but it is nicely lit and cosy. Food is great. Crispy chicken linguine was a little disappointing- chicken wasn’t crispy and lacked a little flavour. Good selection of drinks.

    Food was nice but service was not very good - there were only two or three tables with customers yet it took a very long time to be seen to by waiters and staff. They spent a lot of time chatting to each other and not attending to customers. Drinks took a very long time to arrive and wait staff were unable to answer queries about our food. We were pressured into ordering dessert about 10 seconds after receiving a dessert menu. The room itself was very cold and the window wide opening which was very inefficient from a heating and carbon footprint perspective.
