Food was delicious! Service excellent! I believe this restaurant, or part of it, was known asThe Lot. We were a party of 7, both male and female, and we all ordered different dishes from the eclectic menu. My blackened salmon tacos were wonderful. My husband’s bacon bbq burger was huge and cooked perfectly. A friend really enjoyed the chicken wings and her husband had a wrap. Our server was friendly and helpful. I was surprised to find we were the only diners there. Towards the end of our meal a single diner arrived. I hope more diners try Zentrl Kitchen. They would NOT be disappointed!!

Had a reservation, no one sat us down. Sat in fireplace which we had requested in reservation but no one opened it for us. They told us that it would close in an hour. Waited 20 minutes before getting fed up asking if we could have firepit open / have a waiter so we could order. Waiter came and then said his lighter for firepit didn’t work so went back inside. Waited another 20 minutes and saw him serving others but did not come back out. Went to the front desk area to ask about it and they didn’t even apologize and just said “okay.”HORRIBLE experience.

Incredibly convenient if you are going to the movies at The Lot. Basically the restaurant is the “lobby” of the theater. Service was excellent on a Saturday night at 7:30 for a 9:00 show and the food and drink menu is very robust. Carne asada tacos and the Salmon Caesar salad were great and the portions were fine although we are not “big eaters” I only wish that they offered regular chips in place of spicy chips and a mild sauce. Not a big fan of “heat” in my meal. The complex is not close to our home but we would definitely eat there again before a movie. Easy parking is also a plus.

Great evening at City Center with the Jazz concert & the Lot! Food - as always - was delicious, well-presented and prepared. Our server - Lanre - despite being very busy was attentive and provided a high level of service. My first choice is always the Lot for good food, great environment and service. Shout out to Bryson & April behind the Bar ... always make me feel right at home whenever I am there.

The Chicken wings were good considering that’s all we got because they were running so slow and never really got over to take our order. The bar was backed up and we barely got our drinks. We were trying to make a concert and didn’t get a table that I requested to be able to see while we dined so we decided to take off.

The food was fabulous … I absolutely recommend the Aho Poke Nachos! Our server started out strong - assisting in wine recommendations when they were out of our initial selection, etc. - but quickly fell off the map. We were clear that we had a 6:00 PM movie to attend and he assured us it would not be an issue. After dropping off our beverages and food, he mostly disappeared. The one time he walked by and we tried to catch his attention, we were unable to do so as he never even glanced in our direction. At 6:00 PM, we finally got up from the table and approached another server requesting our check. He also disappeared into the abyss. At nearly 6:15 PM, we finally just went directly to the register and explained that we needed to go and needed our check immediately as we had a movie that started 15 minutes ago (thank goodness for previews!). We would’ve still tipped him, but absolutely would not have given him anything above the baseline 15% except for the fact that there was a forced 18% tip on the bill. People working in this restaurant need a bit more training as to the urgency of patrons trying to get to a flick - especially when it has been made clear upfront - and simply doing the courtesy of checking back in on diners.

My girlfriend and I went here after seeing a movie. We ordered the fried chicken sandwich and the impossible burger. Both were delicious, but the chicken sandwich was so tasty with the mango and BBQ sauce. Service was great!
