Everything about 600 Kitchen & Bar was excellent. Upon arriving the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was outstanding! I had the grilled salmon and it was among the best I have ever had. Our waitperson Jake was excellent. He anticipated our needs! He was the best combination of attentive without hovering. He was warm and just the right amount of fun. We were meeting someone in person for the first time after spending a lot of time on Zoom and the atmosphere could not have been better. Thank you!

Cheddar biscuits are amazing! Social House is usually my go-to in downtown Kalamazoo, but I tried principle for the first time last night and it was AMAZING… I found a new favorite and will be going back asap! I wish they had a thirsty Thursday like WL social does though..

This is the best restaurant and our new Kalamazoo favorite! Our server, Austin, was phenomenal. We felt right at home. The ambience was perfect for our anniversary and everyone was so sweet in remembering our special occasion with roses and chocolate covered strawberries on the house. We will definitely be returning in the near future!

Came for my Mom's 86th birthday. She was thrilled. Absolutely beautiful location, the restaurant was immaculate! The food was WONDERFUL, I had the shrimp and grits, would HIGHLY recommend. Our waitress was the nicest person, too. Everything ordered at our table was perfect, would totally steer people to this hidden gem. Great place to celebrate a special occasion!
