Rolf and Daughters serves seasonal New American cooking in Germantown, inside Nashville's historic Werthan factory. Chef and owner Philip Krajeck describes it as modern peasant food: shareable plates built on house made pasta, house baked bread, wood fired cooking, and vegetables from regional farms.     Wow amazing food!! Every single dish was beyond delicious. We had the sourdough bread starter and then the cucumber peach dish wow so distinct, fresh, mouth watering goodness. The corn ravioli pasta was unique and incredible. Highly recommend

    Philippe Chow Nashville was one of the highlights of my trip! I visited during happy hour, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious. The standout dish was the **Duck Spring Rolls**—they were so good that I ended up ordering a second round and was seriously tempted to order another to take with me! The service was just as impressive as the food. My bartender, Tristan, was outstanding. He was welcoming, attentive, and made excellent recommendations that did not disappoint. His knowledge of the menu and genuine hospitality made the entire experience even more enjoyable. If you're visiting Nashville and looking for a great happy hour with amazing food and exceptional service, I highly recommend Philippe Chow. I'll definitely be back!
