Experience an unforgettable summer evening at the top of the Sea to Sky Gondola with Taste of the Summit. Set against sweeping mountain views, this elevated dining experience features a thoughtfully curated, Mediterranean‑inspired small‑plates menu, artisanal cocktails, and live acoustic music. Hosted on the Summit Lodge patio every Thursday evening, Taste of the Summit invites guests to linger, connect, and savour the atmosphere as the sun sets behind the mountains. Reservations are limited to 90 minutes to allow all guests the opportunity to enjoy the experience. A valid membership or day ticket is required for Summit access. Walk in space is subject to availability on the day. Last Reservation, 7:30pm. Last Orders - 8pm. A $20 per guest no-show fee applies. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours in advance.
