At the Test Kitchen, you'll be among the first to try new dishes we're experimenting with, as we work to shape the future of our menu. The innovation doesn't stop at the kitchen. We're also excited to introduce you to Fraser Bar - crafted by Milestones, our brand new speakeasy-style bar upstairs. Inspired by the prohibition era, it features a curated list of specialty cocktails and a completely separate bar menu.
