This is an amazing experience, food is to die for. The staff are attentive and so friendly ,super knowledgeable on food and wines and courses are served in amazing timings didn't feel rushed at all. Its a very special evening if you love to sample the most wonderful local food. The only comment isn’t about the food staff or ambience it was unfortunately a rather loud table of diners, who just got a little loud until they had food served. its a beautiful small dining room unfortunately they really didn't seemed bother who they distributed it did seem the staff did try. again this is a great private dining vibe. We will definitely be visiting again when the next menu comes. And cant wait to visit The Nest their other venue. Congratulations to you all for giving Conwy a amazing fine dining experience. We cant recommend you enough

We went back to Chef’s table for my wife’s birthday what a treat! Lucien our host was amazing and treated us so well throughout our visit with the lovely Sophie providing a secondary host. The menu was excellent as usual and well enjoyed the haggis fritters as a shared pre starter then on to the soft shelled crab and goat’s cheese. Mains were Sunday roast (chicken and beef which were excellent particular credit to the cauliflower cheese. Finally baked Alaska (shared) which was beautifully constructed with underlying lemon base. Such a lovely and special meal with a great team front and back of house. We will be BACK !

Very nice restaurant, lovely staff and most of the food was delicious. Had a bit of an issue with 1 course but all sorted at the time by the staff. Recommended…

Outstanding meal last night. Everything was perfect. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Extra touch having happy anniversary written on plate with Brownie's. Thanks to all staff for making it a memorable evening.
