Had a wonderful lunch with great food and 10/10 service. Our waiter was attentive but not intrusive. Always made sure we had enough to drink and checking on us throughout the meal to make sure everything was in order. Went for lunch but will definitely be back for dinner. Highly recommended.

Fantome Wine Bar and Restaurant is an absolute Geelong gem. Selfishly I don't want too many people to know about it so it remains 'our place', but in reality it needs to be experienced by all. The food is French-inspired and divine, with a range to suit all tastes. This is fine dining but with generous portions and fabulous prices. Owner Amber is the perfect host as she offers thoughtful notes to the very extensive drinks list (there is even a cocktail with camembert!), and sets about making every guest comfortable and happy. The crockery and stemware is just as eclectic and lush as the whole establishment's luxurious, central CBD setting. This place is through the roof with ambience! With such attention to detail from Amber and her team, you will experience comfortable periods between courses - there's no rushing to get you out the door here - creating the perfect opportunity to engage with fellow guests and the glorious drinks menu. We'll be back again... and again. Do it!
