With an extraordinary garden view and an unmatched atmosphere, come and experience the delicious dishes this exceptional place has to offer.OUR STORYBorn from a dream woven into the rustic palette of our family, FABIA emerges as a farm-to-table haven that invites you to nourish what matters most: love for our own. With care and passion, FABIA creates a menu where the vibrant greens of fresh vegetables shine at the center, while succulent meats and seductive desserts dance around them. We inspire palates to rediscover authenticity in a world overflowing with artifice. As guardians of flavor, we passionately source our ingredients and present them at the table with meaning — nourishing both body and soul in the most genuine way.

LagoAlgo is a meeting point where art and gastronomy converge. In dialogue the Chapultepec Park, we seek to build community through dynamic experiences. Through gastronomy we seek to stimulate changes in the way we consume and approach the environment with the support of Micaela Miguel in the conceptualization of the project and the direction of Chef Heriberto Gutiérrez. At LagoAlgo we favor the local and dialogue with the global. Local products are at the center of our attention and we are moving towards a farm-to-table model with the firm commitment that, in the short term, all our food will come from local, traceable and environmentally friendly producers.

Broka is honest and unpretentious with unique and poetic spaces.Broka’s culinary soul is the contemporary Mexican cuisine of Chef Marco Margain, whose creativity is fueled daily by the highest quality ingredients. Sente was born from the search for a real, honest space—one where different disciplines come together to create something unique and full of soul.We begin on the land, at our ranch, grounded in the human work we’re deeply proud of. We aim to challenge the paradigm of traditional farming through ancestral techniques, always guided by respect and care for nature. From there, we move to the sea, where we fish sustainably and with the lowest possible impact on our coasts. And so, through design and the exploration of communicating through objects, we create a one-of-a-kind menu—where food and space make our origins and values tangible, becoming a channel of expression for our community.
