LagoAlgo is a meeting point where art and gastronomy converge. In dialogue the Chapultepec Park, we seek to build community through dynamic experiences. Through gastronomy we seek to stimulate changes in the way we consume and approach the environment with the support of Micaela Miguel in the conceptualization of the project and the direction of Chef Heriberto Gutiérrez. At LagoAlgo we favor the local and dialogue with the global. Local products are at the center of our attention and we are moving towards a farm-to-table model with the firm commitment that, in the short term, all our food will come from local, traceable and environmentally friendly producers.

Sente was born from the search for a real, honest space—one where different disciplines come together to create something unique and full of soul.We begin on the land, at our ranch, grounded in the human work we’re deeply proud of. We aim to challenge the paradigm of traditional farming through ancestral techniques, always guided by respect and care for nature. From there, we move to the sea, where we fish sustainably and with the lowest possible impact on our coasts. And so, through design and the exploration of communicating through objects, we create a one-of-a-kind menu—where food and space make our origins and values tangible, becoming a channel of expression for our community.
