Led by our Japanese Head Chef Masato Oyama, former head chef at Sushi of Gari Columbus and Tribeca, we offer both an intimate Omakase counter and a wide range of traditional à la carte options. Most counter seats are reserved for the Omakase experience, while standard reservations include sushi sets, maki rolls, teriyaki, tempura, soba, and more. Guest favorites also include Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna and Miso Cod. Sushi Ryusei was also selected as one of Michelin-starred Chef Shaun Hergatt’s favorite restaurants. Echo Lake is a rum bar and restaurant with a patio from partners Chloe Frechette and Paul McGee. The Williamsburg destination marks the evolution of McGee's beloved Chicago bar Lost Lake, a World's 50 Best Bar and one of the most celebrated tropical bars in the country. At its core, Echo Lake is a celebration of rum in all its styles, showcased through rum-focused cocktails and a selection of house-made rhum arrangé, agricole rhum infused with fruits and spices in the tradition of the French Caribbean. Highlights from the bar include the Daily Daiquiri (always $12) and the Freezer Ti Punch, Echo Lake's take on the freezer Martini by way of Martinique. The food menu skews toward the sea, with bold, aromatic dishes drawing on the flavors of the world's sugar cane-producing countries. Please note that there is a limited kitchen on Mondays & Tuesdays.

Elephant District brings the flavors of Bangkok's riverside street food to Dumbo. Led by Executive Chef Ekapol “Top” Aranyawikul, our menu features Krapow Moo Krob, stir-fried crispy pork belly with Thai basil, chili, and garlic, inspired by his mother's recipe. Try our Brooklyn Bridge Pad Thai with jumbo prawns. Experience a Daiquiri made with 1970s rum or a Venetian Spritz made with 1960s aperitivo liqueur.Undercurrent marks the evolution of Milk Room, McGee's beloved bar housed within the Chicago Athletic Association. Highlights from the rum collection include pre-embargo Cuban rum from 1934, a 1963 Trader Vic Mai Tai rum, and a trio of flagons distilled in the 1940s and '50s crated and earmarked for the Royal Army Service Corps.Refined Martinis, Champagne Cobblers, and other classic cocktails round out the menu, all served in an intimate 20-seat bar made for lingering beneath Echo Lake.Reservations required.
