Great location and great vibes - great authentic food taken up a notch! Mecha oishiiiiiii!!!

We went at lunch and the bentos are so awesome. Freshly made with variety and very tasty.

I had wanted to eat here for so long - as a vegan with celiac, high end restaurant options are generally limited. Well, Lila did NOT disappoint. The food was outstanding (and there were 4 compelling vegan/gf items among the main dishes), so much so that I ordered 3 items just for myself and then reordered two of them even though I was full because I could not get enough. Things that were particularly impressive: the potato and cauliflower pakoras are deep fried, and as a general rule I avoid fried food - too heavy, too greasy. Not these. They were somehow not greasy at all and otherwise perfect. The squash curry was so good I was tempted to pour the leftover sauce into my mouth right there at the table. The black bean cakes were like comfort food (think meatball consistency) but with layers of flavor that elevated them so far past any meatball or bean cake imaginable. The sauteed jackfruit was a high surprise as I generally dislike jackfruit. I don't even understand how it was cooked; it was just beautiful. And the service was 10/10, from our server to every other staff member who attended to us - we never went more than 60 seconds with an empty water glass. The vibe was perfect, the food was perfect, the service was perfect. I am already planning my next visit. Go! You won't be sorry.

Enjoyed the meal! We had around 6 dishes to split, a cocktail per person, and a shared small bottle of sake between us three and the bill came to around $100 per person. I’ll certainly try other Guy locations as I think the menu changes slightly between each one.
