Our aim is to bring you the Spanish culture here, to make you feel like at home and the most important, to enjoy and have fun with us. We are two dreamers Spanish people who wanted to focus in the most traditional and typical flavours from different points of our country. Here you can experience the same than a tapas bar from Spain with your family and friends having some tapas, pinchos and other amazing products such a Iberico, cheeses or tins. Letra House is an underground restaurant and late-night wine bar, hidden beneath Palazzo Salato in Sydney’s CBD. The wine list is ever changing with over 50 bottles - all available by the glass - and a succinct selection of cocktails and vermouth.A Spanish-leaning menu of snacks, small plates and sharers is a reflection of the team’s time spent cooking and travelling around Spain and there's a focus on seasonal, sustainable and producer-led ingredients.Fast-paced and dynamic, you might expect to see tapas like raw scampi tostadas and Manchego custard-filled donuts with anchovies. There will always be a traditional Spanish tortilla, as well as a selection of jamón. Head Chef Brandon Jones’ socarrat with pippies and firefly squid is not to be missed, nor the house-made botifarra.Happy Hour runs from 4pm to 6pm, Mon to Sat.
