Chef and owner Philip Krajeck, who also opened Rolf and Daughters and Junior, cooks from what local farms are growing, so the menu changes with the season. Expect vegetable dishes, naturally leavened pizzas, and large format plates made for sharing. The bar pours natural wine, craft beer, and cocktails, and Apero Hour runs daily from 5:00 to 6:00. Food & Wine named Folk's clam pie one of the 27 best pizzas in America in 2026.

    From being seated to dessert the service was outstanding. Food was fantastic! Steaks and Lamb chops were excellent! Desserts were the same. What a great restaurant. I will definitely be back.. Alli our waitress so attentive. She was great.

    So I will say this is place deserves all the praise. Everything from the blue fin tartlette to the ribeye to the chocolate soufflé. This place knows how to cook. Must try everything. This is a nonnegotiable. You will miss out if you don’t. Love this place and will be back soon
