Chefs Patrick Pham and Daniel Lee have over 25 years of combined experience in Japanese cuisine and sushi. They established their culinary careers in Houston where they worked together for years before creating their own restaurants.Pham and Lee teamed up to bring new curated dining concepts to Houston’s food scene and kicked off a series of omakase pop-up dinners called Secret Taste. Pham and Lee then opened Kokoro in the Bravery Chef Hall in Downtown Houston followed by Handies Douzo in the Houston Heights.Aiko is the newest concept from the team featuring a sushi bar and seated dining.

Handies Douzo is Houston's first hand roll focused sushi bar. Following the popularity in the Heights, the team opened its second location in Montrose. With over 25 years of combined experience in award winning Japanese cuisine and sushi, rising star chefs Patrick Pham and Daniel Lee are excited to join the trendy neighborhood.

Marmo, meaning “Marble” in Italian, will feature fresh hand-rolled pastas, house-made charcuterie, and hand-cut prime steaks. To complement the food menu, Marmo will boast an impressive wine list, with selections from all around the world spotlighted by wines from Italian regions. The bar and lounge will include a baby grand piano where a rotation of Houston’s best singers will perform nightly.Happy Hour is offered daily from 3pm-6pm, on a first-come first-served basis, and is available at our bar, high top tables, and patio. (Please note that we do not accept reservation for our Happy Hour)
