Foghorn Brewery was born of a dream to make craft beer the way it ought to be made—from grain to glass all under one roof.The historic building in King Street had been abandoned for several years when we first set foot inside. In that dusty old warehouse, we saw the potential to create something really special.And so it was that Newcastle’s first modern craft brewery opened its doors in April 2015.     The voco Kirkton Park Hunter Valley was in a stunning area with a beautiful outlook from the tables. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful and you could hear birds chirping. I also asked if the staff could provide anything special for my girlfriends birthday and they went above and beyond bringing out birthay treats and seating us in a beautiful table surrounded by flowers and this made the experience all the more special. The food was also top notch and absolutely delicious from sandwiches to cakes. The service was also impeccable with staff taking photos and checkong on us but not disturbing us. So my overall experience here was 5 out of 5 i definitely recommend i had the best time.
