Absolutely delicious. Some unexpected combinations that all really work, some solid basics executed really well, and outstanding hospitality.

Everyone at Sushi by Bou in Nashville is amazing! Specifically our bartender Nick, our maître d' Chase, and our sushi chef extraordinary, Chef David, were all so kind and exceptional and made our experience amazing! We have been to other Sushi by Bou's and this one was such a unique and personalized experience. As a pescatarian, Chef David made sure to accommodate my dietary restrictions and even suggested how he could accommodate them in the Bougie menu. We will be back to see Chef David and his team in the future. Nick, Chase, and Chef David made our date night truly magical and delivered such a delicious meal and experience.

Wow! This is a top dining experience in Nashville. Service is beyond efficient and extremely friendly and helpful. But the food! We tasted every dish and nothing missed. The standouts were the scallops, shrimp, beets, chewy rice with king crab and, believe it or not, the endive! Don’t ask, just try jt. Otherworldly. The menu is adventurous, yet still accessible, and some of the more timid eaters in our group expanded their comfort zone and are so glad they did. Highly recommended.
