We are located in a 1795 Colonial with small dining rooms, fireplaces and beautiful Vermont ambience. Our success over 33 years can be attributed to consistently excellent food. As your chef, I cook every meal and oversee every aspect of our kitchen. We specialize in American Contemporary with a focus on the highest quality, local Vermont ingredients. Our main dishes always include premium grass fed beef, duck two ways, double thick pork chop, rack of lamb, cedar planked salmon, jumbo sea scallops and vegan specials. Desserts are made in house daily by Leslie and are both unique and delicious. Our service is directed by Leslie, my wife. She greets every guest and is constantly monitoring the dining experience. We like to think we are the total dining experience as evidenced by our being one of the highest graded restaurant in New England on Open Table (2017-2019)

    They had me at fresh noodles! Creative and delicious food. The kim chee bao was amazing, meat was great, bao was excellent, and everything worked better than expected. The black tonkotsu was one of the best bowls of ramen I have ever eaten; the noodles were fantastic (and plentiful), the pork and other ingredients balanced well with the wonderful broth. Very nice space, great staff, and very good value. Highly recommend.

    My husband and I had a great dinner last night. Steak tips were delicious. We shared the warm caramel chocolate chip cookie dessert that was so good. The waiter was very helpful and available when needed. We will definitely go back.

    Enjoyed the oysters and cheese board!! Swordfish special was excellent. The greens, with watermelon, accompanying the fish was to die for. Our waitress Lisa was excellent. Will definitely return in the fall. Hope bouliabasse is back on the menu
