At COURSE, Chef Cory Oppold and his culinary team treat food as an art form, creating a seasonal tasting menu that delights both the palate and the eye. Every course is thoughtfully designed to showcase the finest ingredients through a progression of flavor, resulting in an elevated dining experience that is as memorable as it is delicious. For private events, we offer full or partial buyouts of our indoor dining room (up to 27 guests) or our covered, climate-controlled patio (up to 45 guests). Partial buyouts feature our current seasonal tasting menu with optional enhancements, while full buyouts include menu customization and passed hors d'oeuvres. Optional wine pairings by Sommelier David Sanders and award-winning cocktails by Beverage Director Justin Chard are available. We can accommodate most dietary restrictions, excluding vegan and Halal.
