Her food, humble in origin yet bold in flavour, moved Bourdain and captured hearts across the globe.In 2020, we partnered with Ms. Thanh to bring her dream to life on Commercial Drive in Vancouver’s Little Italy—the first home of her legacy outside Saigon.
